The characters change by becoming more stronger and became even more closer then they ever have. The characters personality is very outgoing they are very similar.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Paragraph 2: The novel is based on this haunted house that they make there own and spooky things happen its like they turn it into there like a club house they always go there and treat it like there home.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Paragraph 3: This book takes place in the 1930s in New England. The setting takes place in a Haunted House that Mr. Perry had lived in but passed away. And they made it like there own "club house." TI doesnt really add much to the novel. The character become similar and relate well to the haunted house they all become misterious. The Other i s about this lady Miss DeGroot which no one really gets her she is very old. There is this ceiling that takes place and there is a ripply rusted-colored stain. That grows bigger and darker year by year. The boy or man that is reading this story i am not sure yet what his name is cause it hasnt came to that part but he is telling the story and assumes the stain is as old as Miss DeGroot. Then he starts talkin about his friend Holland who is very weird and hates cats. He hangs cats in wells which is the strange part of him.
